We enjoyed the convenience of the quick shuttle service and the courteous driver at Extended Stay America - Laguardia Airport. It was great that we were able to bring our dogs with us, as many other hotels do not offer this option. The fact that they allowed pets was a major plus for us.

This place was well-kept, the staff were very courteous, the location was marvellous in a quiet area, and the room was newly renovated and functional with a kitchenette, fridge, and 2 double beds.

It was close to lga especially since I was catching a 6am flight the next morning.

Front desk receptionist was less than helpful and very confused. Had to wait an hour an a half to check-in because she said they did not have my bokking.com reservation. I showed her my paperwork with confirmation number and res infor but she said Booked.net did not sent the fax to the hotel. She made it painful to get into my room at 1030pm when I was being picked by cab at 415am. Terrible service.

The room was large and recently refurbished with a full kitchen, and I slept very well. The service was good.

The service provided was good. The room I stayed in was spotless with a kitchen and a good fridge. I had a really nice time; the staff was super friendly and very courteous.

Just an observation: It doesn't really include a breakfast. We thought it was. . . They offer the airport transfer service and that's favorable. Plus, if you are very late (I arrived at 12:10 a.m.) and you call them; they pick you up at the airport. At the airport, anyone will lend you a cell phone so you can contact the hotel. Remember to buy your metro card at the airport for $33 for 7 days of unlimited travel. If you decide to take the bus to the hotel, take Q48 to Main Street. This is the last stop and from there the buses go to the hotel, leaving you one or two blocks away. You walk for 5 minutes. Q23A and Q44 (to the Bronx Zoo) This bus requires you to get a ticket from the machine at the stop before you get on. The hotel area has some places around it that make shopping easier. Around the corner is Old Navy, models, TJMaxx, Target, Starbucks, Mc Donalds. There are supermarkets nearby that make it easy to stay in the hotel. You have to ask for all the implements you need to cook and prepare your food and they have them. There are several bus routes around the hotel that make it easy to get to the subway line 7 and from there to the rest of NY. Laundry service is available for $2.50 and drying is the same for $2.50. Some of the staff speak or understand Spanish and that is favorable. In general, well connected.

The rooms are not as spacious as we thought. I don't think they should put in that includes breakfast. So as not to raise expectations.

EXCELLENT condition, helpful staff, fresh air windows, full kitchen option, quick elevators, food delivery, attentive service, cleaning improvements, convenient mini suite with microwave, fridge, and stove, nice new floors, clean bathrooms, good value for money, will return!

Great weekend stay here! 🌟 I booked a studio room that came with a stove top, a kitchen, and cutlery - super convenient! The location was awesome, really close to a shopping center.
